Steve Sansoni brings 35 years of executive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, with deep expertise in thin‑film deposition and interconnect technologies. He most recently served as Vice President and Head of Engineering at Applied Materials, where he led the expansion of metal deposition applications and oversaw the development of the company’s most successful integrated metal deposition platform. Steve is known throughout his career for leading successful global strategic initiatives in improving manufacturing operations, optimizing supply chains, increasing profit margins, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Chris Wagner brings more than 20 years of solar industry leadership experience across commercial operations, global supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering. He currently serves as a Senior Fellow at First Solar, a leading American solar technology and manufacturing company. Chris has led high impact initiatives at scale, driving innovation, operational resilience, and strategic supplier partnerships across complex global value chains. His cross-functional background and diverse expertise positioned him as a trusted advisor on issues spanning technology road mapping, responsible sourcing, and strategic materials strategy.

Steve and Chris will help provide strategic guidance and industry insight, working closely with Pivotal to advance its long‑term growth plans and mission objectives.
